Access to finvesti.pl granted after registering an account, for that purpose You provide Us email address and name of account. Once you register and sign in to finvesti.pl, you are not longer anonymous to us. If you want to buy a subscription, we need your first name, last name and address. To provide You analytics and other information about your investing results You provide Us your Portfolio Data (can include transactions). We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, notifications of your choose. You can resign of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by your personal profile page. We use encryption technology in order to protect information that you submit to us. This technology protects you from having your information intercepted by anyone while it is being transmitted to finvesti.pl or payment processor.

We take privacy seriously — Finvesti never asks for your brokerage or banking passwords, and we never store any login credentials.
All information in Finvesti is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and additionally depersonalized, so it cannot be linked back to you as an individual. We do not use full end-to-end encryption, as it would prevent key features from functioning — but your data remains encrypted and safely separated from your identity.
Even in that unlikely scenario:
• we do not store any login credentials,
• all data is anonymized and encrypted, making it effectively useless without an identifier.
Absolutely not.
We never sell, share, or pass your data to third parties. Finvesti is funded solely through subscriptions — nothing else.
When you delete your account, all your data is immediately removed from our database. We also notify our integration partners to disconnect your accounts and delete all associated information on their side. Backups are rotated — your deleted data disappears fully during the next purge cycle (up to 30 days).
